Approximate optimal control synthesis for nonuniform discrete
systems with linear-quadratic state
Nonuniform discrete systems linear-quadratic over its
state are the subject of intense study in
optimal control theory. This work presents an
approximate optimal control synthesis method in this class based on
Krotov’s sufficient optimality conditions and
illustrates it with a simple example.
