Decision support systems in medicine
The problem of decision support in medicine comes to
the forefront in the problems of
intellectualization of medicine. The article discusses the barriers
to solving the problem of creating a DSS for medicine. Based
on the analytical review, possible approaches
to overcoming conceptual barriers are presented. In
the paper considers a hybrid model of a wide class of
decision support systems for medicine. The
results can be used by IT developers to build systems to support
medical decision-making based on the scientific and empirical
component of medical knowledge. (In Russian).
