Abstract. The study explores two main directions related to the creation of an automated workplace for a diagnostic physician: modern electronic systems for working with patients and the visualization of multimodal data. An analytical review was carried out with the aim of identifying current trends in these areas. The first part focuses on research dedicated to the filling and maintenance of electronic medical records, as well as ensuring information exchange between different participants in the medical and diagnostic process. The second part covers studies on the automation and support of clinical research, with special attention given to solutions for multimodal visualization.
A model of a universal driver for working with heterogeneous equipment is described. The idea is to enable a diagnostic system to learn the protocols of various devices. The proposed concept envisions a workplace that automates processes of diagnostics, recognition of medical records, and visualization of medical data, while also ensuring data security. This concept is based on the intelligent application of the latest advances in artificial intelligence. Such a workplace could significantly increase the efficiency of diagnostic physicians and reduce the number of errors. (In Russian).
