Localization of text fragments on mixed background: short scientific review

This paper proposes the short scientific review of research in the text fragments localization for images with mixed background. Presented applicable processing
circuits, highlighted the strengths and weaknesses for used methods and algorithms. Detected factors that affecting on results quality. ( in Russian)
