The expert evaluation problem for scenarios under multiple
calculations
In this paper it’s propose a model of
decision support system. This model is designed to solve the group
multi-criteria evaluation problem for scenarios in forecasting of
atmospheric air. It uses different methods of multicriteria choice
and voting procedures. Designed prototype was used for the practical
task arising, which was obtained by analysis of the simulation
results for air pollution in the city. (in Russian).

Numerical solution
of optimization problems with parameters by fixed point method
We consider the method of fixed point
in the problems of parametric optimization systems. The system of
conditions of improvement is special operator equation on the set of
admissible parameters, constructed on the basis of projection
operator. Operator equation is interpreted as a problem of fixed
point in the parameter space. Results of numerical experiments of
the test task are given. (in Russian).

On optimal control of a stationary populational model of a logistic
type
We study optimal control problem for
distribution of a biological population depending on distribution of
nutrition of a given amount. The model is described by a nonlinear
elliptic equation of logistic type with Dirichlet boundary
conditions. The existence of an optimal solution is established. The
main result is a proof of necessary optimality conditions. (In
Russian).

equations, stationary populational models, optimal control,

Economic efficiency of software sales in the presence of pirate
market
In economic systems familiar to us
kinds of resources such as labor, capital and other have been well
studied. Recently, however, information resources are gaining
increasing popularity. In this paper we consider the problem of
optimal pricing for maximum profit by the sale of such information
as a resource software. Economic system consisting of firm -
software vendor and buyers is considered here. Thus consider two
cases: software sales in the presence and absence of the black
market. The balance equation and obtain conditions for optimal
choice of the purchase price depending on the number of copies sold
were composed in both cases. (in Russian).
Key words: economic systems, demand function,
information resources. |

Quality of
recommender systems and transitivity of content’s relevance
In this paper, we propose relevance
and degree of relevance of user’s or item’s contents. Heuristic
motivations of traditional recommender systems assume that there is
transitivity property of relevance. We introduce importance of
transitivity property, its influence on values of evaluation metrics
and show that transitivity not performed in general case for
traditional recommender systems. (in Russian).
Key words:
traditional recommender system, similarity measure,
transitivity, content’s relevance, evaluation metric. |

The task of control
of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the process of pursuit of the
target
The task of control of an unmanned
aerial vehicle (hereinafter, UAV) in the process of pursuit of the
target moving along a curvilinear in the pitch plane is solved. A
scheme of the control system based on the implementation of simple
rules in accordance with the current and expected condition of the
UAV and the target is given. The tasks of predicting the trajectory
of target movement using the apparatus of artificial neural networks
(ANN) and the calculation of the point of meeting with UAV are
solved. In the experimental part of the article the pursuit of the
target in a perturbed environment is modeled. (In Russian).

prediction, artificial neural networks, parametric spline, rules. |
